These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the
Traskenn platform and related services (the “Service”), operated by
Traskenn Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Traskenn Inc. provides software-based tools and services intended to assist users
with information organization, analysis, and related workflows. The Service
is provided on a subscription basis and may be modified, updated, restricted,
or discontinued at any time.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may
include a free trial period, as disclosed at the time of signup. A valid
payment method may be required to begin a free trial.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically
convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate. All fees are billed
in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not
retroactively refund amounts already paid.
5. Refunds

Refunds, if granted, are issued at our discretion unless otherwise required
