Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all subscriptions and payments made to Traskenn™.

No Refunds

All subscription fees paid to Traskenn™ are non-refundable.

Once a payment has been processed, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Partial use of the service
  • Unused time remaining in a billing period
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing date
  • Changes in business circumstances or usage needs

No Prorated Refunds

Traskenn does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

If you stop using the service before the end of a billing cycle, access will remain available until the end of the paid period, but no portion of the subscription fee will be refunded.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing
  • Cancellation does not result in a refund of fees already paid
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, no charges will occur until the trial period ends.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period expires. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, all payments are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Policy Changes

Traskenn reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect payments already processed.
